It’s the eighth day of the eighth month of the two thousand and eighth year!!! (08.08.08)
Hey to all readers out there (if there are any for that matter of fact), sorry for not updating for the past two days – I was, how do you say, lazy? Yes, lazy and I wasn’t really up for posting a post because I didn’t really have anything to say except for a few small details. Anyhoo, I’ll mention them now and sorry to those for a late greeting.
Wednesday August 6th 2008 was my Uncle Skip & Auntie Erlyn’s 3rd Anniversary! Happy Anniversary and hope you guys are living the life back in Boston. Miss you muchos!

Moving on to yesterday – Yesterday I went out with some friends to spend the day out at the Mall. I met up with them at Pizza Hut after which we went to book tickets to go see Mummy 3. To those who haven’t watched it – DON’T. Just buy the DVD or something if you wanna watch; it’s not worth going to the cinema to watch it. It was horrible! – well for me that is. Well before the movie we went to iTop and tried on some clothes at Bingo – I had my sort of chaos and my lovelies, a.k.a Amirah, Hui Yen, Nabilah & Valerie would’ve known what happened that time ;). After that we watched the movie and after the movie had some eats down at Swensens. We then did some window shopping at Bodyshop when we suddenly ran out the shop like a bunch of obsessed fans when we spotted Gyver. Seriously, we were like obsessed fans – hugging him, talking to him, asking for his phone number, taking pictures with him… LOL, but we didn’t get his autograph for some reason. After the small reunion, Amirah and Hui Yen left leaving Naby, Val and I to shop at Charles & Keith. Well, Naby and I were being cam whores while Val showed us the lovely pair of shoes that she bought! So jealous right now – if only I had the same size feet as her then I could borrow it of her HAHA! After that we sent Nabilah off to her car and then I stayed at Centerpoint with Val talking about – ahem, yes Val talking about you-know-who HAHA. Then my Mom came, so end of outing. Pictures have been posted up on Facebook from the day if anyone wants to have a look-see.
Today? Well, I’ll be stay home for… OH MY GOD! HAHA. Jonas Brothers on Hitz.tv right now! Sorry – I ♥ JOE JONAS!! ♪When you look me in the eyes, tell me that you love me, and everything’s alright, when you’re right here by my side… When you look me in the eye, I catch a glimpse of heaven, I find, my paradise, when you look me in the eyes…♫ HAHA. Nabilah – can’t wait for Camp Rock!! LOL.
Anyway, before the Jonas Brothers popped out on the television with “When you look me in the Eyes,” I was just about to say that I’ll be staying home for the whole morning and half of the afternoon doing whatever could keep me out of boredom until I head on over to Mabohai for my swimming lesson. And on a last note, tonight I’ll (most likely) be sitting in front of the TV watching the opening ceremony of the Beijing Olympics. HAHA – this is so funny, but I remember watching the news yesterday on CNN about how there have been so many rules for the locals to follow during the Olympics: “Taxi drivers must slow down on garlic as it causes bad breath – Never ask foreigners their age, income and love life as it may come to an offense to them – Don’t shake hands for more than 3 seconds – Women with thick legs should cover up with black stockings to hide their imperfection…” Trust me, there are many more.
While on the topic of CNN news, yesterday I remember also watching Paris Hilton sending in a video which can be found on http://www.funnyordie.com where she campaigned for her candidacy to run for President of USA. It’s hilarious I tell you – she kept on referring to McCain as ‘White hair Dude’ and at the end of the video she was like, “Now if you’ll excuse me, I have to go pick out a vice president – I’m thinking Rihanna.”
Long post, anyway… to end, we’re getting our living room walls painted purple!
toodles♥!
